Appointments line office hours: Monday to Friday - 9am till 5:30pm. We have a confidential answerphone at all other times, please leave us a message and we will get back to you.

Information on counselling delivery
We offer both virtual and face-to-face counselling to ensure our services are accessible to more people. Hours are available from early morning till late evening for online counselling, Monday to Saturday. Please see ‘Our Area’ page for the days we offer and contact us to enquire on availability and your nearest face-to-face venue.
We provide face-to-face services at Cambridge, Sawston, Huntington and Melbourn and Little Paxton.
